The Jewish Community Relations Council and the Austin Hindu Community host Bollywood Meets Borscht Belt on Sunday, May 19, 2013, from 5-8 p.m. in the Community Hall of the Dell Jewish Community Center. This event is a joint fund raiser and cultural exchange party to provide school supplies for disadvantaged kids in the Manor and AISD School Districts. This family friendly event will provide a vegetarian Indian main course dinner with Jewish desserts, and activities for children and adults including music and dance performances as well as participation.
