The Bangladesh Association of Greater Austin presents the Bengali New Year Festival, Saturday, April 20, 2013, from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Fiesta Gardens. The festival showcases the historically rich, colorful culture of Bangladesh featuring traditional foods, dress, indigenous arts and crafts, open air performances of music and dance, and a children’s cultural program.
