African griot (historian, storyteller, musician) Ibrahim Aminou will provide a short explanation and comprehensive timeline of human development going back seven million years at the George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center on Saturday, March 29, from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The story of Africa’s history will be presented in an interactive, hour-long educational performance highlighting the history of creativity, the history of art, worldwide history, music and rhythms, and knowledge of instruments. #Free, all ages event includes refreshments.
