The City of Austin Music Office presents Austin Welcomes the World! LIVE Music from City Hall Plaza, March 13-15, 2013, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. This SXSW sanctioned event is free and open to the public. Bands from Sweden, Taiwan, France and Italy take the stage on Wed., March 13. On Thursday, Mar. 14, bands from Australia, Canada and Sweden perform. Bands from Japan, Australia, Norway and Peru wrap up the series on Friday, March 15.
